The COS Story

COS was founded in 1976 by Dominique Lyone, the son of an Egyptian immigrant whose household ran awayay to Australia after the 1967 6 Day War. Following in the footsteps of his daddy, the owner of a small typewriter repair work business, Dominique began a local office stationery business in Western Sydney. In those early days COS had two staff and the leading selling item was typewriter ribbon.
